Aventura's skyline is set to change dramatically with branded condo AVENIA by Fendi Casa
Miami-based Vertical Developments has announced the launch of Avenia Interiors by Fendi Casa, a 16-story luxury waterfront condo project in Aventura.
Project Overview
This marks the third branded condo project launched by the firm in recent months, following the unveiling of Riva Residenze in Fort Lauderdale and Armani/Casa Residences Pompano Beach.
Project Details
Located at 20605 Northeast 34th Avenue, Avenia will offer 22 exclusive residences with prices starting at $5 million. Designed by renowned architect Kobi Karp, the project will feature interiors by Fendi Casa, renowned for its sophisticated Italian craftsmanship.

Development & Acquisition
