Miami's skyline is set to change dramatically with two major real estate developments on the horizon
A renderring of Watson Harbour Towers on Watson Island in Miami Beach
The city recently approved the sale of land on Watson Island to two development groups, each with plans for luxury residential projects.
Watson Harbour Development
One of the most anticipated projects is by BH3 and Merrimac Ventures, who are planning to build a tower with approximately 100 luxury condos along with a condo-hotel tower on the Watson Harbour site.
This thriving destination is situated along Biscayne Bay midway between Downtown Miami and Miami Beach. This content is preliminary and is not the official information of the developer, contents and graphics are subject to change.
Ecoresiliency Miami
Additionally, one of the most anticipated projects is Ecoresiliency Miami, a joint venture between ESJ Capital Partners and Terra. This development will transform the Jungle Island property into a modern, upscale residential community.
The deal involves a tentative $135 million purchase of 5.4 acres of the 13.3-acre Jungle Island site.
These projects represent a significant investment in Miami's real estate market and reflect the growing demand for high-end residential options in the city.
